We want you to feel good about ordering from FatCat Comfort. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders shipped within the United States.

 

60-NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE

Every order is covered by our 60-Night Comfort Guarantee. Try your FatCat Comfort product for up to 60 nights, and if it isn't working out for you, email us at help@fatcatcomfort.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the item back to us.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at help@fatcatcomfort.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be asked to ship the item back to us.

 

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. If more than 60 nights have passed since delivery, reach out anyway and we will review your request.
