Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 8-15 business days via standard US shipping. Shipping is a flat $4.95, free on orders over $50. We currently ship within the United States only.

Materials & Care

What is CloudCap made from?
CloudCap has a soft Lycra shell with an internal gel lining that can be chilled in the freezer or warmed in the microwave for hot or cold therapy.

How do I care for it?
Wipe the shell clean with a damp cloth as needed. Do not machine wash, submerge, or puncture the gel lining. Always follow the freezer/microwave guidance on the product page before use.
